GENERAL
Payment method is Paypal (USD) upfront Half will be for commissions above $200
All price stated includes simple BG Additional charge would be applied for detailed BG
Commercial Rights must be purchased as additional fee
I am free to use and upload the commission as my portfolio on my galleries (pixiv, deviantart, artstation, etc) Please inform me in advance if you don't want your piece to be uploaded on my galleries
You can freely use/post the artwork in any of your social media and streaming platforms without paying the commercial fee but if you're planning to include my artwork in your merchandise, please pay the merchandise fee.
Commissions are not refundable unless the following occur: I have not yet started on the commission within 2 weeks from payment, or I myself request to cancel the commission
Clients are not allowed to: color my sketches or linework, paint over my work, remove my signature or watermark
Clients are not allowed to utilize any portion of the commissioned artwork for nun fungible tokens (NFT) under any circumstances. It is expressly forbidden to use the artwork for NFT or cryptocurrency-related advertising or profit unless it is paid for commersial use
Any edits past the sketch phase or after 3 edits will be charged Small edit details do not count during the sketch phase Cost of additional edits vary upon complexity of changes.
Time of completion for each commission varies on the amount of details requested, after agreed upon work slot date
Original Psd. files won't be provided except commercial commission If you want to have it, there will be charged for additional $50
By sending me a request form, I assume you have read and agreed to my terms and conditions stated above.

Licensing Information
I retain all usage rights and licenses on non-commercial fanart commissions accepted and completed for clients. This effectively means that your commission may be used for publishing for portfolio purposes and being used on merchandise.
Cancellation
10% of the total cost ( due to queue the commission ) WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Cancellation after the work has been started WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
I have the right to cancel the commission, if commissioner did not pay within agreed period.
I have the right to reject any submission that aren't following the terms above or match my speciality.

Commercial Information
Thank you for your interest in commissioning me for your brand! The price of commercial usage for big company is 2X the cost of non-commercial usage commissions. This is negotiable depending on the job requirements. For indie/small company the price is 50% of the non-commercial usage commissions. I may also be open to royalties per sale depending on provided sales figures from the inquiring brand/vendor. If you are requesting licenses of an illustration that has already been completed please contact me at: [email protected] so we may discuss options regarding those pieces. Other brands/vendors completed commercial usage illustrations may only be used after discussing collaboration with the license holding brand.Sincerly,

Working Progress
I'll reply to your submission with available date slot and price according to your brief. If it's settled, please confirm to proceed to next step.
Again, please ensure you provide me with these references; Pose, Character/OC reference, and Clothing/Style Reference. For each catogories of reference not provided, $10 USD will be added to the total cost of the Commission.
After discussing some more details and accepting your commission, I will provide you with a sketch within 3 business days which you may edit up to 3 times then we'll move on to rendering phase.
Any edits past the sketch phase or after 3 edits will be charged. Small edit details do not count during the sketch phase. Cost of additional edits vary upon complexity of changes.
Time of completion for each commission varies on the amount of details and type of illustration requested.
Completed works will be delivered via email and Google Drive
